These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a binding agreement between Stabilize & Scale LLC ("S&S") and the Client regarding the Stabilize and Scale Business Coaching Program (the "Program"). By accepting the terms of this Agreement, the Client acknowledges that these terms constitute the entire agreement between S&S and the Client and supersede any other prior or contemporaneous communication.
Payment: All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.  You are responsible for the full cost of the program, even if you opt to terminate your participation prior to the end of the full program.  
Program Details: The fee includes three 4-hour online sessions and two 6-hour in-person learning sessions.
Meals and accommodations are included in the cost of the fee.
Airfare: National or international airfare is not included in the Program.
Photos, Video, and Content Creation: By participating in the Program, the Client consents to the use of photos or videos in any S&S promotional materials, website, or social media platforms. The Client acknowledges and agrees that S&S has a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to use such images for publicity and promotional purposes.
Data Protection: S&S needs to use personal information provided by Clients, such as name, address, special needs, health conditions, and dietary requirements, to ensure that the retreat runs smoothly. S&S will only pass on data that is applicable or responsible for the retreat and will apply appropriate security measures to protect such personal data.
No Warranties: The Client understands that S&S provides business coaching related to the Program only and does not guarantee specific results. The Client takes full responsibility for their own success. Any examples of income or testimonials are not meant as a promise or guarantee of the Client's earnings or success. The Client acknowledges that there is an inherent risk of income loss, as with any business venture. In no event will S&S be liable to the Client for any damages, including damages for loss of business profits or other pecuniary loss.
Confidentiality: Only authorized users who have obtained access to the Program by agreeing to the terms of this Agreement are permitted to use and participate in the Program. The Client shall not provide or make available any program materials or login member credentials to any third party or use the program materials or login member credentials to teach any third party. The Client shall not disclose or discuss information revealed in any portion of the Program for any purpose other than exercising rights expressly granted in this Agreement.
Intellectual Property: The Client acknowledges that any Audio and/or Visual Presentations, Documentation, and other elements of the Program are the sole intellectual property of S&S under United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws and international treaties. The Client does not have any ownership or other right or interest in or to the Program's intellectual property.
Miscellaneous: The Client acknowledges that the rights and obligations under this Agreement are personal and may not be assigned or transferred. The Client will defend, indemnify, and hold S&S harmless from any and all claims arising out of or in connection with any use of the Program.
