Terms of Service for "Visionary Mastery Summit" Event

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the purchase and use of tickets for the "Visionary Mastery Summit" event (the "Event") scheduled to take place on March 20 and 21, 2025. By purchasing a ticket to the Event, you (the "Ticket Holder") agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before making a purchase.

1. Ticket Purchase and Pricing:
1.1 Ticket Price: The ticket price for the Visionary Mastery Summit Event is $1500+.
1.2 Non-Refundable Amount: $500 of the ticket price is non-refundable.

2. Ticket Refunds:
2.1 Refund Deadline: The Ticket Holder is eligible for a refund of the refundable amount if a refund request is made up to 30 days before the start date of the Event, i.e., until February 18, 2025.
2.2 Non-Refundable Portion: The non-refundable amount ($500) of the ticket price is non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Ticket Transfers:
3.1 Transfer Deadline: Ticket transfers to another individual are allowed until 7 days before the Event, i.e., until March 13, 2025.
3.2 Transfer Process: To transfer a ticket, the Ticket Holder must contact the Event organizers and provide the name and contact details of the new ticket holder. Both the transferor and the transferee must acknowledge and accept these Terms.

4. Event Cancellation:
4.1 Organizer's Right: The Event organizers reserve the right to cancel the Visionary Mastery Summit Event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to low ticket sales, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
4.2 Refund in Case of Cancellation: In the event of cancellation initiated by the organizers, Ticket Holders will be eligible for a full refund of the ticket price, including both the refundable and non-refundable portions.

5. Event Program:
5.1 Schedule Changes: The Event organizers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, program, or speakers without prior notice.
5.2 Speaker Cancellation: In the event of a speaker cancellation, the organizers will make reasonable efforts to find a replacement speaker. However, no refund will be provided due to speaker changes.

6. Code of Conduct:
6.1 Respectful Behavior: Ticket Holders are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner during the Event. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
6.2 Compliance: Ticket Holders must comply with all rules and instructions provided by the Event organizers and venue staff.

7. Limitation of Liability:
7.1 Personal Responsibility: Participation in the Visionary Mastery Summit is at the Ticket Holder's own risk. The Event organizers and venue shall not be liable for any personal injuries, property damage, or any other losses incurred during the Event.
7.2 Indemnification: Ticket Holders agree to indemnify and hold the Event organizers harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from the Ticket Holder's participation in the Event.

8. Governing Law:
8.1 Jurisdiction: These Terms and any disputes arising from or relating to the Event shall be governed by the laws of the [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Media Release and Consent:
By purchasing a ticket to the "Visionary Mastery Summit" Event, the Ticket Holder hereby grants the organizers and their representatives the right to take photographs, record videos, and capture any other form of media during the Event. The Ticket Holder acknowledges and agrees that the organizers shall have the irrevocable right to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute such media for promotional, marketing, educational, and any other lawful purposes, without further consent or compensation. The Ticket Holder understands that their image, likeness, and voice may be recorded during the Event, and they waive any rights to inspect or approve the finished media product. The Ticket Holder releases the organizers, their employees, agents, contractors, and any third parties involved in the media capturing from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use of the media, including but not limited to any claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of rights.

If the Ticket Holder does not wish to grant permission for their image, likeness, or voice to be used in promotional materials, they must notify the Event organizers in writing before the Event commences.

10. Modifications to the Terms:
10.1 Right to Amend: The Event organizers reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice, by posting the revised Terms on the Event's official website.
10.2 Binding Agreement: The Ticket Holder agrees that any ticket purchased after the Terms have been updated shall be subject to the revised Terms.

By purchasing a ticket to the Visionary Mastery Summit, the Ticket Holder acknowledges and accepts all the terms and conditions outlined in these Terms of Service.
